Proceed to the village of Sejnane , known for its traditional pottery. lunch with family and see , firsthand the making process of unique sets.

Proceed to Tabarka ,where the forest meets the Mediterranean sea .
lunch at the port area and visit the Genoese fort.

After breakfast , start your Trek to cover the Khoumirie area through some villages where you will meet shepherds,farmers and artisans.
You will enjoy local dishes for lunch.
Your trek will follow narrow , steep , moderately rugged trails through preserved wild nature , streams and rivers.

Proceed to the ancient city of Dougga, one of the best preserved roman sites in Africa and listed
In the UNESCO world heritage monuments.
Dougga was the capital of Punic and Roman states
Lunch at the eco farm Les Vergers de Montagne.
Proceed to the charming little town of El Kef. Natural beauty is not the only thing this region has to offze : the town has leld on to countless memories of its vibrant history , including the Ottoman Fortress.

Travel to Djebel Serj , a limestone mountain , rising to 1.357 metres above sea level.
The Hike will allow you to observe Several mammals including the serval , wild boar ,jackal , fox and particularly the Striped Hyena.

Return to Kairouan , dinner and overnight

After breakfast , check out , visit The Grand mosque,the mausoleé and the aghlabit.
Continue to explore t the UNESCO named site El Djem’s spectacular amphitheatre that dates from 238 A.D, and is the second largest in the World only to Rome's. Visit the newly opened small museum and the excavations extending behind the museum where beautiful mosaics have been found.
After lunch , proceed to Sfax , board the ferry to Kerkenna Island

Guellala and pottery workshop.
