Personalized welcome at Tunis Carthage Airport. Transfer and check in at Charming House
In the heart of The Medina : Dar El Jeld.
Departure ( walking ) to panoramic stand for assisting at sundown ( with a cocktail served )
Proceed for a walk to Dar Kahia – special welcome and visit the Dar.
Dinner on top roof with Superb view on Tunis city and animation by folklore show.
Day 2: Tunis / Carthage / Sidi Bou Said

After breakfast , departure for the Medina of Tunis: the visit of the Medina, the ancient city, carries an exceptional meaning. With the wealth of its 12 centuries of history, the Medina contains a great number of Islamic monuments to be discovered by an attentive eye before letting oneself be conquered by its charm. The visit of the Souks is essential for those wanting to really get a good grasp of Tunisia.

3:00 pm ;Continuation to Carthage: a city destroyed not less than three times, at the Punic and Roman epochs and after the departure of king Saint Louis' crusaders, Carthage continues to be present. The Punic Harbours, the Tophet, the Thermal Baths of Antonius, the Antiquarium of the Odeon Hill and the Museum of Carthage; all of them treasures, witnesses of this stronghold of history. It's from the Byrsa Hill that you may admire the gulf of Tunis where the Djebel Boukornine seems to be floating over the still blue water.
5:00 p.m : Last stop is Sidi Bou Said: without any doubt one of the most beautiful Tunisian villages. Sidi Bou Said is the prototype of the Marabout village. Founded by Sidi Bou Saïd whose
mausoleum is set on top of the hill, the medieval village perched high on the cliff dominating Carthage and the gulf of Tunis, is a small paradise sporting the colours of the Mediterranean.
Strolling through its paved alleys, the visitor discovers the entanglement of its white houses with their blue shutters and heavy studded doors opening onto secret gardens covered with ceramics and enclosed by bougainvilleas. Back to the hôtel.
7.30pm : Dinner at Sidi bou said famous fish restaurant

Day 3: Bardo Museum / Testour / Dougga / Hammamet

Day 3: Bardo Museum / Testour / Dougga / Hammamet
After breakfast, departure at 8:30 a.m. to visit the Bardo Museum, located in one of the former Husseinite palaces.
It encloses treasures of Tunisian history from pre-historic times to the Punic & roman civilizations.
The museum features the world’s largest collection of mosaics.
11h00 : Départ pour le village de Testour, qui abrite la première colonie andalouse en Tunisie : arrivée à 12h15.
Visit Habiba Msika house, the mosque and souk.
1:00 p.m : Lunch at Verge de montagne farm , prepared by the owner’s mother and taste local specialities.
2:00 pm: Proceed to Dougga ,One of the best-preserved roman cities in Africa. Listed in 1997 in the UNESCO World Heritage List, the town of Dougga, built on an elevated site overlooking a fertile plain, was the capital of Punic and Roman states. You will find here some of the best preserved roman vestiges in north Africa, along with beautiful mosaics.
4:30 p.m : Continuation to Hammamet
6:00 pm: : check in at charming hotel in Hammamet
dinner and overnight.

Day 5: Hammamet / Sousse / El Jem / Kairouan / Hammamet

After breakfast , departure to visit Sousse and its UNESCO named medina
Proceed to el Djem’s spectacular amphitheatre that dates from 238 A.D, and is the second largest in the World only to Rome's. Visit the newly opened small museum and the
excavations extending behind the museum where beautiful mosaics have been found.
Continue to Kairouan, the holy city of Tunisia with its impressive Islamic monuments some dating to 670AD.
After lunch , stroll in the souks, taste the traditional local pastry stuffed with dates called makroudh, and learn about the traditional savoir-faire of women making rugs. Visit the ninth century great mosque of Oqba ibn Nafi, an important & one of the oldest in the Muslim world.
Afterwards you will visit the Barber's Mausoleum" and have time off in the Medina to discover a mysterious city whose atmosphere and light had already enchanted the writer Guy de Maupassant.
Return to hammamet , dinner at local restaurant , with entertainment and music.

Free Day at leisure to enjoy the hotel facilities& relax :
We could arrange a boat trip excursion for 02 hours ride in the mediterraneé ( as per weather conditions ) : joining participants from other nationalities OR visit Hammamet & Nabeul for
a half day excursion
4pm In the afternoon: go the to traditional HAMMAM and enjoy a special experience
Return to the hotel , dinner and overnight
